Gleeson Land have identified Land South of Higham Road, Cliffe as a sustainable location for new housing and public open space. A scheme is being developed with a view to submitting an outline planning application later this year.

This website sets out our vision and proposals for how the site could be developed and the potential benefits it could provide. We are now seeking views from the local community, to inform the proposals as they develop.

The Vision

A high-quality new development of approximately 95 homes with green spaces, play areas, and improved public rights of way in southern Cliffe.
